Do you like discovering great books?
Let’s Talk Books is a book newsletter focused on philosophy, history, and literature. Each post centers around a book I recently read that got me thinking.
If you subscribe, here's what to expect:
An e-mail in your inbox on the first Tuesday morning of the month.
Sometimes more frequently if life isn't too busy.
Occasionally I take a break.
But I try not to.
The e-mail will be about a book I read recently.
It will be about philosophy, history, or literature.
Some of my reading orbits around Great Books / classics stuff. Some of it orbits around world history and world literature.
I never stay too long in any time or place.
But I always circle back around.
At the end of each year I do a "Year in Review" post. (See 2023 and 2024.)

“What is the future? What is the past? What are we? What is this magic fluid that envelops us and hides from us what most we need to know? We are born, we live, we die surrounded by wonder.”
~ Napoleon Bonaparte, Letter to Josephine, 1796
